These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Convertyx at convertyx.in and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Convertyx provides software for outbound workflows, integrations, and automation. Features may change over time. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, security, or policy violations.
Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for account credentials and for content you send through the product. You will comply with applicable laws (including anti-spam and marketing regulations) and will not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.
Customer data
You retain rights to your customer and prospect data. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service as described in your agreement with us and our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. reply rates or revenue).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or if none, one hundred (100) INR. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply only to the extent permitted.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction where applicable. Courts at Bengaluru, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, where permitted.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version on convertyx.in and, where appropriate, notify you.
